Eureka

It is most famously attributed to the ancient Greek scholar Archimedes; he reportedly proclaimed "Eureka!" when he stepped into a bath and noticed that the water level rose — he suddenly understood that the volume of water displaced must be equal to the volume of the part of his body he had submerged. This meant that the volume of irregular objects could be calculated with precision, a previously intractable problem. He is said to have been so eager to share his realization that he leaped out of his bathtub and ran through the streets of Syracuse, Greece naked.

That defining moment when you come upon a new solution to an old problem, or it could be as simple as the first time you made sugar cookies and managed to get them from the floured table to the baking sheet in one perfectly whole piece.

We all have these moments, whether small or big they bring a tremendous amount of self satisfaction. I want to be able to relish each of these moments and appreciate the miracle of each of these moments. God has interwoven our life experience, encompassed every little particle, every thought, every action, making us the most complex and delightful creatures on earth.

HE gave us a world full of wondrous living things to explore and appreciate. HE gave us the ability to write about it, and recreate it in the many forms of art. HE gave us the ability to teach others how to experience HIS wondrous creations. Eureka!

Now it is up to you to wonder whether I am wearing cloths while I spread this news????

Of course I am, I don't play on my laptop in the tub!
